[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial, payroll and human resources management solution including accounting, purchasing (accounts payable, purchase orders, vendor management), accounts receivable and billing, human resources management, payroll employee self-service, employee expense reimbursement.
- Utilize a full financial accounting solution for the purposes of performing multi-fund accounting utilizing due to-due from methodology.
- Accounting solution that provides web-based access with role-based security and single sign on capability; period updates of the solution; and particular application-specific functionality including easy reporting; versatile budgeting including the ability to create scenarios, multi-year and forecasting; and vendor management.
- Human resources management solution for the purposes of performing all necessary and related processes and procedures required to maintain a high level of personnel-related functioning and compliance including benefits enrollment and management; and employee changes and terminations.
- Increased employee service levels, including access and responsiveness through a Web based, secure self-service application.
- Enhanced, user-friendly, robust reporting capabilities to improve decision making, including but not limited to Microsoft reporting tools.
- Enhanced security with single sign-on capability and Active Directory integration throughout the Solution.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
