[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide out-of-box configurable judicial tools including case management system integration, implementation services, training services, and ongoing licensing and support for nine (9) judges, nine (9) judicial clerks, and nine (9) judicial officer (attorney referee/magistrate) users.
- The solution must allow for viewing of daily (case) schedule, provide appropriate access to
information related to scheduled tasks and operational tasks and include the following components:
• A multi-window view of applications used in the courtroom;
• A configurable dashboard providing drill down access to case detail;
• The ability to save settings so the user can restore the standard (home) view;
• A configurable view of the Docket;
• A consistent view of Case and Defendant/Litigant information including Defendant/Litigant
Criminal History and Case History;
• Appropriate, easy to use and quick access to existing documents related to the Case by the
Judges, Clerks, and Related Administrative Staff;
• Form and document creation, including electronic signature;
• Entry and display of private (e.g., Judge) and/or shared notes on the Case;
• Insulated and independent architecture that integrates with a variety of case management and document management systems.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
