(1) Vendor needs to provide scholarship management solution with ability to determine what awards are available, which scholarships still need to be awarded, and the operational state of scholarships in the workflow and awarding process.
- Create a customized student application, Route the application through an approval process with workflow notifications.
- Student Financial Services is seeking both a public website that advertises available scholarships and a centralized scholarship management portal that allows students to view available awards and apply to awards of interest.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
