[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide corrections intercom replacement system to a new Harding brand include price for all programming, integration and other related requirements for the optimal system operation include
-  200 new interior intercom stations
- 8 exterior intercom stations
- 18 master intercom stations
- 9 digit communication controllers or expanders
- switches phase the switchover without disruption to the entire system; parallel the switches to allow moving one port at a time
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 8, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
