(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development corporation defense industry growth area grants services to assist the in expanding and growing key defense and homeland security industry growth sectors including 3D printing, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, autonomous aerial systems, autonomous ground systems, cybersecurity and robotics.
- Increase the number of jobs, business opportunities, business growth and new business within the identified defense and homeland security sectors.
- Become regional strategic partner organization for defense industry to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 3, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
