[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court reporter services for approximately 2 times a month on Monday's starting at 7:00 pm. Meetings run from 1 to 4 hours with an average of about 2 hours. flat rate would cover one meeting which includes being present at each meeting, making sure all is being recorded and then transcribing the minutes with a copy to us within 6 - 7 days. Needs to be present at the meetings by 6:45 pm. to set up. The same person must be at every meeting to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
