[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide analysis of impediments to fair housing services for compliance with federal community development block grant and home regulations. The County needs a qualified professional for research, analysis, and preparation of a comprehensive including
- Evaluating the housing market and policies which may affect fair housing in the study area
- Preparation of a report which meets HUD’s standards
- Fully-burdened price quotation for all work to be performed;
- Work plan describing the areas to be evaluated and how the work would be performed;
- Resume and summary of related experience of those who would prepare to the government authority located in Mount Clemens, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 5, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for three years

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
