Vendor needs to provide financial operations review and support services for accounting / financial process assessments, enhanced documentation of processes/procedures for financial and related administration activities, recommended implementation plan/ideas based on the enhanced process documentation, and intermittent staff augmentation (and minimal supervision) for processing accounting transactions and related grant reimbursement requests associated with the flint service to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
- Services that will help implement a process improvement plan (PIP) and provide staff augmentation resources throughout the duration of the contract period, PIP will involve documenting significant processes and procedures for identified roles and responsibilities in finance and accounting.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
