[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity audit, inclusion strategy and training services t shall include the past five years of data from the county’s payroll database as well as available information from the reports, job analysis of all county job classifications to ensure they are in the appropriate equal
employment opportunity job categories from the county’s database, evaluation of all internal classifications, by job categories, by gender, ethnicity and any additional group as recommended by the consultant, review recruitments and all applicable applicant tracking data, review current applicant selection process, review current policies, procedures, practices and determine legal compliance, competencies, and effectiveness, conduct a nepotism analysis and review all pertinent policies to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, MI.
- Creation of an effective diversity inclusion strategy, which covers all key diversity areas including, create a diversity and inclusion statement, identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in relation to diversity, recommend action‐oriented goals that include specific rationale and/or benefits tied to each goal, recommend policies and procedures concerning diversity, identify diversity training for all levels of employees and develop a process for managing and monitoring implementation of the strategy.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than October 26, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
