[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll and pension processing services including both functional and technical information, provide details for a similar firm to in which your service saved the firm money, increased efficiency and were innovative, ability to track time by multiple codes such as, but not limited to, specific expenses accounts, projects, compensation types or other miscellaneous items, Describe your method for processing time sheet corrections and retro payment amounts, provide estimated or historical time-to-implement, ability to interface with other systems of these other systems, please indicate if you have a formal agreement with the other system vendor, describe approach and capability to provide system integration, provide information about your security standard given the sensitive nature of payroll data including tech specifications of any hosted data servers and software, web-based communications, electronic payments, data encryption, data storage, backup systems for data and continuity of service for payroll and pension processing, etc. to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
