Government Authority located in Dearborn, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for document storage and retrieval services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document storage and retrieval services for following quantities to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.
• Finance Department – approximately 380 boxes in storage, using retrieval services on very rare occasions.
• City Council Office – approximately 20 boxes in storage, retrieval services are not needed.
• Police Department – approximately 325 boxes in storage, using retrieval services 2-3 times a month.
• Legal Department – approximately 1044 boxes in storage, using retrieval services five times a year.
• Court – approximately 3000 boxes in storage, using retrieval services once a week.
• Destruction of paper when authorized
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
