[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide catering services for event to select one business to provide the full scope of banquet services and grill operations including
- Provide top grade quality food items, supplies and services for each event using their own in-house staff and chef to fulfil the events as indicated by each event menu. Food items must be of the highest quality
- Ensure staff assigned for each event includes Serve Safe and Serve Safe Allergen certified personnel
- Provide any necessary cleaning supplies, towels, and kitchen supplies
- Leave kitchen facilities clean and well maintained and in at least as good of condition as found at start of each event
- responsible for all pre-existing events at contracted menu pricing, etc.to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.
(2) A pre-proposal site visit will be held on November 7, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later December 5, 2018.
(4) The contract term will be for five years.
