[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection agency services for automated data transfers to support account referrals and reporting, and automated account status tracking, systems integration with sub-vendors and reporting to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
- Description of the information and communication technology systems hardware.
- Description of how the debtor information will be forwarded to the collection agency from the City.
- Description of the safeguards utilized to protect sensitive data.
- Description and credentials of the data processing personnel committed to the program.
- Description of operational plan for recovery from a major disaster.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
