[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide event management software scheduling conferences, rentals and other activities across multiple campus locations and allow for scheduling rooms, inventory, food and beverage services, cleaning, customer contact management capabilities, accommodate room set-up diagrams, notetaking, store historical information, reporting, general ledger, budget, billing and sales forecasting, ability to view and print calendar of events by security level by division or department security access, ability to populate calendar with holidays and institutional closures, track notes related to a customer, ability to send automatic, configurable e-mail confirmations for web submissions, ability to store a record of the e-mail and attachments within the system, ability to schedule events with irregular scheduling pattern, ability to view and historical and future events, ability to define configurable privilege level controls for each role, ability to interface with ellucian banner and ability to transfer data from event master which is the current system used to record customer information as well as food and beverage orders.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 19, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
