[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide brownfield redevelopment consulting services for technical, administrative and consulting services to the government authority located in Manistee, MI.
- Plan, generate and process brownfield plans
- Assist the administrator in negotiating brownfield Plans
- Assist prospective developers or redevelopers with completing the CMBRA’s brownfield redevelopment funding assistance applications
- Apply as needed for area-wide or site-specific State or federal brownfield assessment
- Cleanup and other grants and loans as they may be needed and are available
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
