[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management software solution for allows defined user security levels, ability to establish privileges based on group, allow only authorized users to create, edit and delete retention schedule components of record categories, allow only authorized individuals to create, edit and delete metadata elements or attributes and their associated selection lists, attach simple process actions such as alerts and notifications to any or all metadata fields or to restrict record access based on the content of fields, create record hierarchies and assign metadata based on that hierarchy, ability to interface with barcode scanners and other input devices, work offline and then upload or sync contents when online, ability to retrieve records using multiple index words, numbers, dates simultaneously, capability can be quickly restricted to a specific area of the library.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
