[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide jail food service for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for some diets, an additional snack is also served, fit existing food chutes, sanitizer, drying racks, carts, the most common medical and religious diet orders are soft food, diabetes, cardiac and Kosher for serving special meals on holidays to the authority government located in Hillsdale, MI.
(2) An option pre-bid conference will be held on October 18, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for two years.
