[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal investment management advisor services including
- maturity analysis to ensure portfolio structure matches Township objectives and capital projects including new
- Provide accurate analysis of current investments in portfolio, improve its investment capabilities, evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize impact on the portfolio and establish appropriate benchmarks to maximize incremental income, improve investment capabilities while maintaining appropriate risk tolerances
- Analyze and execute security purchases and sales with approved broker dealers in accordance with investment policy
- Provide monthly reports which include detailed portfolio holdings including accrued interest, amortized cost security ratings and market values, transaction details, principal and interest payments, earnings, and investment portfolio summary statistics]
- Provide quarterly investment reports including a description of market conditions, investment strategies employed, performance and suggested changes to investment strategy, etc.to the government authority located in Lake Orion, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
