[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 supplemental call center services.
- Vendor must have the ability to record calls, vendor must be able to handle bilingual calls, vendor must have an onsite supervisor, vendor should be able to provide information on the training for the position of the call center staffing, vendor should provide information regarding their security systems, vendor should be able to provide upon request an opportunity to visit and inspect their location, vendor must be available to take calls 24/7, vendor should have emergency backup systems, for disaster planning, redundant backup systems, generators for power outages, call center staff must be able to accurately indicate the exact location and issue being called in, vendor’s technology must include the option to autodial and/or send text messages to on call staff and vendor must provide the capability to city administrative staff to make updates to staff and on call
calendars on the fly within their system.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
