(1) Vendor needs to provide back-up pharmacy services for medication preparation and dispensing, monitoring activities, record keeping, stock control activities, repackaging, administrative tasks, and various other associated activities and accurate, ethical and responsible pharmacist services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
