[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial broker services for marketing and negotiating assigned real estate properties and related services include
- Arrange site visits as for prospective properties for interested buyers
- Date and listing of when the Property was advertised
- Provide current and new marketing efforts
- Maintain timely telephone and email contact with the assigned staff when there are active interest and transactions.
- Provide general market information when requested while representing active acquisitions or sales
- Provide market analysis and pricing guidance for selected properties
- Develop a marketing strategy that employs multiple types of advertising including, but not limited to internet exposure, yard signs, alternate trade publications strategies, etc.
- Accurately list the properties and other marketing media
- Provide technical assistance on the presentation of properties for sale
- Forward offers to staff for timely consideration of sale, etc.to the government authority located in Redford, Mi.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 27, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.
