[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provider third party administration services for self-insured workers compensation disability program includes claims management, reserve establishment, investigation of claims, evaluation of claims, litigation and settlement.
- The third-party administration of long term disability program and third-party administration self-insured no-fault and bodily injury claims.
- Claims management which includes review and processing of all claims against the county for workers compensation benefits and work-related no-fault benefits in accordance with the requirements of applicable.
- Safety inspections, provide training, assist in developing policies or programs, including return to work programs and make presentations to personnel.
- Review each transferred claim, assess each transferred claim, and plan of action for updating resolving each claim.
- The TPA shall load and maintain all claims data (both electronic and paper) provided by the previous TPA for all claims, whether open or closed with sufficient detail for claim handling and county access.
- The TPA shall review each transferred claim, assess each transferred claim, and make a plan of action for updating/resolving each claim.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
