[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web development and maintenance services that ensure the sites function well with all customary web browsers on desktop, mobile devices, and others.
- Ongoing changes to site structure to ensure optimal functionality
- Security updates
- Website software updates
- Transfer of site and hosting to selected vendor
- Perform routine updates needed for all sites
- Routine backup of website structure and content
- Provide direction for all web development and web editing needs.
- Integration of e-commerce platform to accept event registration fees, donations, etc.
- Convert site from custom html to industry standard format that will allow staff to add and edit content.
- Redevelopment of back-end of website to allow staff to easily make changes.
- Development and management of web forms for registration of participating businesses.
- Management and minor updates of current website.
- Advisement regarding the integration of several web systems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
