(1) Vendor needs to provide records management system for capability to manage patient care reporting, fire reporting, inspections, investigations, training and inventory management, automatic, seamless transfer of critical information between cad and mobile computing, capability to capture information if network is down and be able to upload to system once connectivity is established, multi-jurisdictional environment capabilities, capable of receiving, formatting, and storing all dispatch tickets on a real time basis, allowing access to multiple layers of the system from the same screen, ability for multiple users to be logged onto the system and use the same applications simultaneously, ability to access the same master name records, able to modify or adjust commonly altered variables such as codes, tables, report parameters etc. without the services of a professional programmer, allowing users to open and use multiple child windows simultaneously and be able to tile and cascade the child windows, able to associate codes to more than one location or panel when the same validation table entries are used in multiple locations, allow for agency-defined validation tables, ability to assign alternate values to validation set values in order to tie specific data elements to various software functions, integrate tightly with each other to permit the greatest operator and system efficiency, allow users to create and store ad-hoc reports, able to identify the individual who last entered or updated any transaction as well as the date and time of the modification, ability to restrict security components by individual user or user group, ability to create and maintain authorization templates, ability to easily create system users, ability to easily change password, ability to require password expiration after an administrator-defined number of days, ability to define a minimum and maximum password length, ability to lock users out of the system after an administrator-defined number of invalid login attempts, ability to automatically log all security violations, ability to purge the security violation log, ability to restrict access to specific information or features, able to capture all of the necessary information required to complete compliant incident reports, ability to build, preview and print fire incident data for a specific month and year and prepare data, ability to enter and maintain fire incidents via a wizard that offers a streamlined process for entering incidents, ability for client configurable custom elements that are configured in the web based administrative portal and pushed to the mobiles, ability to enter, maintain and track information associated with new, ongoing and completed investigations of fire incidents, ability to attach multiple supporting document of various types to a hydrant record and ability to create and maintain department-specific schedule activities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
