[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide equalization director services to develop and implement the necessary procedures in order to assure the orderly and equitable survey of assessments to determine the true cash or market value of real estate and personal property, direct department staff which is engaged in obtaining the necessary data for use in the equalization process, supervise the execution of appraisal contracts between the county and independent appraisal firms and give final approval to the figures which are used in the equalization process, prepare appraisal guidelines to supplement and aid staff in the performance of their assignments, direct the computations and calculations which result in the millage reduction fraction for each taxing jurisdiction in the county, coordinate description change procedures with all supervisors or assessors participating, coordinate mapping program and oversee maintenance of maps at current levels on the county mapping platform, confer with county, townships, state and federal units to continually improve the county mapping program, assist county officials in the valuation of real property under consideration of purchase or sale by the county to the government authority located in Mason, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than September 26, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
