[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media storage services for the storage, retrieval and inspection of micrographic and magnetic media to the government authority located in Michigan.
- Records Management Services operates a records center that provides for the storage of government records, maintain an electronic inventory of each item that is stored that includes, but may not be limited to, the item’s physical location, agency owner, agency code, record series item number, and associated accounting information, inspect all micrographic media to confirm the micrographic format, inspect micrographic media for evidence of deterioration, upon request.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than September 20, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
