[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety radio system project manager and consulting services including
- Consultant will meet with stakeholders to document their needs and expectations to gain
a complete understanding of the desired functionality for the new system
- Consultant will tour and appraise any physical locations such as tower sites and local emergency service providers if needed to understand elements of the current system and inventory equipment.
- Consultant will facilitate discussions and guide decision making process among stakeholders to build consensus around required and optional system elements to maximize stakeholder buy-in
- Consultant will prepare a system requirements document, detailing system requirements
and specifications in a manner that can be presented to the vendor for their system design
- Consultant will use professional knowledge of industry to determine and ensure the
County current and future interoperability requirements are addressed in the system
Design, etc.to the government authority located in Greenwood, CO.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 21, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
Budget :
