[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide foster and adoptive parent education and support services designed to strengthen foster and adoptive families, foster/adoptive families are encouraged to build relationships and support systems with each other, trained volunteers provide educational support to the families, educational training priorities will be established in collaboration with the foster and adoptive resource network to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than September 24, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
