[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cost and time estimate consultant services for collecting data and metrics for a proposed grant-funded project, managing records and information in the most effective, cost efficient and legally compliant manner, establishing, implementing, and maintaining standards, procedures, and guidelines for record keeping, education, training, and information programs to agencies regarding records management issues, micrographics and document imaging services to agencies, establishing retention and disposal schedules for public records by appraising their administrative, fiscal, legal and archival value, facilitating the transfer of archival records, costs of record storage, both paper and electronic, cost of the solutions, compared to the costs and risks of inaction and prepare a plan of work for the project that describes the services that would be provided by the consultant to collect data, analyse the data, define useful metrics and prepare a plan to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) A pre-response meeting will be held on September 19, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
