Vendor needs to provide retail frontage line review consultant services who have experience in creating zoning policies that strengthen retail corridors in traditional walkable downtowns, projecting retail trends, and conducting retail market analysis to the government authority located in Birmingham, MI.
- Build on existing policies to strengthen the downtown retail environment in order to continue developing a pedestrian oriented experience, review what first floor retail means for a successful downtown and provide recommendations to comply, identify ways to enhance and strengthen core retail areas, evaluate unique circumstances in the retail area.
- Provide an existing conditions report, evaluate current retail frontage line, coordinate public engagement, provide final analysis, etc.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
