(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services associated with an update to the owner's master plan and the update will develop a community vision that provides direction for the city as it experiences significant changes related to downtown property ownership and related community-wide initiatives. the consultant must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the different aspects of the city, its community partners and its development opportunities to the government authority located in East Jordan, MI.
