[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advertising and marketing services for planning, development and implementation of promotional material and information.
- Current social media strategy regularly uses Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and branded content through the Lansing State Journal.
- Work cohesively and strategically with project manager and or designated partner agencies to ensure the greatest return on investment by providing a broad range of digital marketing and advertising services and solutions with tracking metrics according to best practice, including but not limited to;
a. Multi-platform, targeted social media content creation including text, photo and video posts
featuring:
i. Service information
ii. Local events (sponsored and non-sponsored CATA events)
iii. Ridership campaigns and promotions
iv. Customer and staff testimonials
v. How-to-use public transportation information
b. Digital advertising including:
i. Search engine optimization
ii. Search engine marketing
iii. Pay-per-click advertising
iv. Email marketing
v. Content marketing (blog posts)
vi. Online-radio advertising
vii. Influencer marketing
viii. Mobile advertising - Engaging writing and story-telling proficiency, following associate press stylebook standard, to create blog and support current branded content contract with the state journal.
- Contribute upon request to advertising and marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure an
integrated brand.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
