[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide event planning services for the overall planning, coordination, and management of each event.
- Marketing, advertising, and event management contractor requirements, all creation/design and development, including ongoing maintenance and hosting of a website for all events, website will have information regarding each event promoting dates/times, speakers, exhibitor information, venue location, directions, parking, registration and instructions for registration process, develop a marketing and advertising promotion plan for each event.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
