[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web based one-call ticket management solution FOR underground utility damage prevention including.
- Automatic receiving and delivery of incoming tickets to a designated printer, email, fax, or web service
- Customizable polygonal areas to assign to field locators (north area, south area)
- Customizable rules for automatic ticket routing and dispatching to field members
- Auto-Suggest nearby related work items for each and every user
- Integration options for Third Party software consumption like City Works or other
-GIS mapping interfaces to integrate the solution with City ArcGIS and Work Order software
- Ability to consume City provided spatial data and imagery
- Ability to capture and document tickets with photos and videos taken from the field, stored on the off-premise server
- Integration with the Water System, Lighting Signal, and other utilities work processes
- Search function for a ticket based on a variety of criteria
- Ability to programmatically schedule and optimize routes with manual overrides
- Reporting tools on tickets regarding overall metrics, status completion, and performance measures
- Availability to the software from any devices OS (device/OS agnostic)
- Add, change and delete options to manage users
- Robust data security measures
- Delivers metrics on uptime, reliability, and availability of the software for high availability
- Scalable solutions for many to one and one to many features, i.e. who gets assigned the ticket
- Automated positive responses back to the call center
- Ability for City staff to modify configuration settings
- Ability to auto-assign tickets
- Ability for City staff to modify a closed ticket
- Provides route planning for cost efficiency for field staff
(2) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
