[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party consultant services for selecting design consultants, construction managers and preferred vendors and the consultant will support the writing of the request for proposal, establish pre-qualification process, formulate the selection criteria, review and score the proposals, participate in the interview process with the university representatives and procurement, draft the recommendation letter and debrief the vendors that were not awarded the project to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 14, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 16, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
