[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide debt collection services to obtain collection of amounts due to the city on accounts submitted to the collection agency, collection activities, which include telephone contact, mail correspondence, skip tracing, and credit bureau reporting, monthly reports to the city detailed for each city department for items acknowledgement of new accounts submitted, status of all accounts submitted, accounts no longer being pursued and the reason why and summary report detailing by year the number of accounts and amounts placed in collection, average amount of account in collection, collection payments received to date, percentage of collection and commission to date, accept any account submitted to the agency regardless of account amount or age of receivable and primary and secondary contact to the city for daily operational issues to the government authority located in Kalamazoo, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than August 20, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
