[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video security system at education organisation;
1. Camera cables are installed by others and are not part of this bid. All cables are CAT-
6 cables and are terminated and tested
2. Provide and install all cameras at all locations noted
a. Provide patch cables at the camera and at the comm room.
b. Match color of cables.
3. Servers and storage is existing at the Board Offices and will be online at time of
installation
4. Provide all camera licensing for all cameras. Install on the servers.
5. Owner will configure software on the servers
6. The extent of the work shall be as shown on the drawing and detailed in these

(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 9, 2018.
(3) A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
