[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiduciary administrative services for receive funds for grants and general funds, variety of activities, such as receiving funding and managing segregated accounts, managing third party vendors, payment of other expenses that are necessary or convenient for implementation of the project and identify any claims or lawsuits that have been brought against organization to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
