[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cost-effective software solution for obtaining rent reasonableness data, to have direct access to comparable data and for ongoing support, hosting, and future enhancement to the exiting environment to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
- Conduct rent reasonableness testing on all units before approving the initial move-in and when there are reported contract rent increases.
- Improve business alignment with current standards and processes.
- Provide increased data-sets and reporting tools for state-wide and localized market analysis.
- Improve accuracy of comparable data to ensure that rents paid by program are reasonable for the area in which the subject unit is located.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
