[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide higher education recruitment marketing services for recommended brand refinements and brand strategy recommendations, enhanced student recruitment and enrollment-related marketing, support to expand and enhance brand image and awareness among key influencers, develop an annual marketing campaign strategy, effectiveness of creative assets across all platforms and strategies, developing a comprehensive media plan and strategic media placements for the annual campaign, develop key performance indicators and implement analytics to measure and track engagement of primary and secondary audiences of the campaign and ability to develop and execute annual marketing campaign.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2018.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor needs to visit client location for number of face to face meetings in the planning stages.
