Government Authority located in Rochester, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for campus catering and food service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide campus catering and food service include
- Perform all duties necessary to ensure a safe, sanitary and legal operation for the facility
- Open and close the facility prior to and subsequent to open hours and/or events
- Follow food preparation and serving standards, regulations, and laws
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages to be consumed at the events
- Equipment needed for food preparation that is not currently available at the facilities
- Supply, set-up and tear-down equipment required for events including but not limited to: tables, chairs, china, silverware, glassware, linens, etc. G&LC and Sunset Terrace Only
- Market the availability of the facility, G&LC Only
- All marketing-related items require prior approval.
- Supervision for events and restaurant
- Properly trained and adequate staff for the restaurant and events
- Clean up after the event and removal of all trash generated by the events from the site, recycling as much as possible
- Management of non-alcoholic beverage inventory
- Involvement in event planning meetings with East Campus staff
- Provide sales training for sales team
- Events serving alcohol should reference Liquor Management, Sales and Service below
- marketing, advertising and sales promotion plans for the Golf and Learning Center, branding and signage expectations
- Liquor Management, Sales and Service, Accounting, Daily Sales and Event Coordination Staff to the government authority located in Rochester, MI.
(2) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on July 27, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 2, 2018.
