[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based facilities management software for identify, obtain, and implement a facilities management system that will facilitate maintenance work end-to-end, schedule, track and otherwise manage projects, invoices, change orders, inventory, employee labor hours, reporting and equipment, minimize administrative workload while maximizing the availability of critical data through reporting interfaces and direct queries, scheduling of crews or employees and work orders or projects based on work calendars, individual work schedules and holidays, ability to track and report on the physical and functional characteristics of an asset during its life-cycle, tracking and management of vehicular assets and other mobile equipment and tracking and estimating costs associated with special events and scheduling labor and facility resources.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
