[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide intercom pull cord system for nurse call system shall be capable of adding advanced features such as reporting email notification, mobile apps, and remote clients to the nurse call system and including function
- Audio communication to speaker stations in apartments and public areas
- A scroll arrow appears when there are additional calls waiting
- Selecting a call
- Call type
- Cleaning mode, adjust settings, send messages, view faults
- possible to send predetermined custom text messages from the master station and Systems requiring a separate piece of equipment to send predetermined messages shall not be acceptable.
- Reset button to exit cleaning mode and reset audio calls
- Tone Off button to silence routine level call tones.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 10, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
