[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional medical services, health related service provider to administer services in the disability determination, independent medical evaluations of disability retiree plan participants and conduct disability re-exams in accordance with the provisions of the policies and procedures to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- Must have physicians on staff that are board certified and practicing in the following fields of medicine like internal medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, neurology and psychology.
(2) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
