[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide wage and compensation consulting services will manage project end-to-end, must have on-staff existing expertise in human resource compensation systems to accomplish project in its entirety, provide information on staff members who will be assigned work on this project, outlining their experience, certifications and expertise in the area where they will contribute, review background material including existing pay grades, organizational charts and related information to establish a working knowledge of district operations, review the current job descriptions and current
compensation system and interview staff if necessary for clarification, complete an internal salary relationship analysis, including the development of appropriate internal relationship guidelines, make recommendations for changes to the current compensation system or adoption of a newly designed point factor job evaluation system, which assures internal equity and external competitiveness, point out all positions based on the revised or newly designed point factor system and necessary tools to manage the system going forward to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than on 6 July, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
