[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third-party administration services for motor vehicle self-insurance as well as, Medicare secondary party mandatory reporting for both no-fault auto claims and other self-insured claims, claims evaluation and obtaining independent medical examinations and surveillance when deemed appropriate recommending and establishing the initial claim reserve when a claim file is established and evaluating the reserve as long as the claim remains open, making recommendations to settle or discontinue payment of a claim and maintaining a claim account to pay all claims and expenses incurred and submitting Medicare mandatory reporting requirements to centers for Medicare and Medicaid services for Medicare in accordance applicable laws governing report submissions.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 5, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
