[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide PBX-voice mail-call accounting maintenance contract, hardware equipment and related assistance in general telephone network issues for a period of one (1) year, assist with up to 1 hour per problem with carrier problems, shall have a staffed help desk with technicians able to assist with questions and problems during normal business hours, provide a 24x7 phone number and an escalation list, warehouse parts necessary to maintain the systems and should be located within a reasonable travel area, etc. to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 28, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
