Government Authority located in Port Huron, Michigan; USA; based organization looking for expert vendor for treasury management services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide treasury management services to the government authority located in Port Huron, MI.
- Vendor also needs to provide banking services including interest bearing checking accounts, sweep accounts using positive pay, debit black and check block, web-based bank services such as credits and debits including use of templates, incoming and outgoing wire transfers including the use of wire templates and remote deposit capture among other services.
- Remote deposit capture image system, i.e. volume, timing, corrections, hardware and capability to
scan money orders to bank.
- Web based banking is currently used to place ‘stops’ and ‘voids’.
- Web based banking and reporting services including the ability to search and link to exceptions, payments and check images.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2018.
(3) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
