[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate property management services to assist in maintaining real property database, including data entry, updates, corrections, reporting, physical site visits to the properties to verify data accuracy, providing photographs of properties for upload and identifying other various attributes of the properties for upload, manage the process for securing the properties and identify, report, monitor and address any unauthorized use of properties to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on May 25, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 29, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
