[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical laboratory services are required Monday through Saturday in the morning and on an emergency requested basis to the government authority located Clinton Township, MI.
- Billing services for provided will be done on a monthly basis, bill all third-party payees, all times for all third-party billing records for residents, contractor submit invoicing to the member directly, their families, guardians, spouse, or next of kin.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 31, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
